Commission and purchase policies

Custom furniture and small goods are handled differently. The terms that apply are confirmed before payment.

Custom furniture

Every commission receives a written proposal before a deposit is requested. It confirms the design, materials, dimensions, quote, payment schedule, timing, and delivery. Any project-specific terms, including changes or cancellation, are included there for review.

Boards and small goods

Small goods are purchased through Etsy. The current listing and shop policies shown at checkout govern pricing, shipping, returns, and cancellations for those orders.
