Plans, elevations, and approvals
Send elevations, marked-up plans, and relevant reference images. Identify who will approve dimensions and finish.
Delivery, access, and installation
Note site access, delivery timing, final placement, and any installation work that belongs in the quote.
Project terms in one written proposal
The written proposal records the agreed piece, materials, finish, delivery, installation, and quote. A 50% deposit follows approval and reserves the project's place in the shop schedule.
